Our organization is composed of the graduates of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel High School from the past 7 decades. Dinners, Dances, Picnics, & Sporting events allow Alumni to share old times while making new memories at various fundraisers. |
The OLMC High School Alumni Association provides members an opportunity to renew old friendships, remember old times & make new friends. The Association also encourages its members to become active supporters of the current OLMC High School. Alumni can provide vital business and social contacts as well as assistance to academically & athletically deserving students who would otherwise go without. |

50th ANNIVERSARY

Thirty nine
class members from the 'Class of 1955' celebrated their 50th
anniversary on June 12, 2005. The day started with a noon Mass
for the intention of eleven deceased classmates. Fr. Ptak read
the address that Fr. Krych delivered to the graduating class exactly
fifty years ago. It was Fr. Krych's last OLMC Graduation
Ceremony. He passed away in March of 1956. The 'Class of 1955' was the first Kindergarten Class at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel (pictured above). The year they graduated, the kindergarten program was discontinued. It has since been reopened. After the Anniversary Mass, a group totaling 64 celebrated with a luncheon at Portofino's in Wyandotte (pictured below). A good time was had by all! |
